    Those with low incomes get all their income taxes back at the end of the year, unless they claim extra dependants to prevent the withholding in the first place. Those with low incomes and kids get what they paid in taxes and SS contributions (FICA) back. (earned income tax credit, SS is theoretically 'not a tax'...because they say so.)

    It's not _that_ easy. If ergot fungus gets into the mix, it won't necessarily kill the mushrooms, but will make you sick as a dog or possibly kill you.

    Once you've grown the mycelium, growing the mushrooms is easy though.

    The market has pretty much solved the problem IMHO.

    A tiny percent is truly disabled.

    Everybody else is capable of being a 'skilled laborer' etc. It's not hard. You show up, you 'slop paint' for eight hours, you go home. I was doing that before I finished HS. (I'll grant that the ones that can put down plaster flat as glass are truly skilled, that's a tiny %.)

    The problem is a % of the population that only put forth effort until they find an excuse not to.

    You're implicitly referencing at least two different definitions of addict but treating them as the same.

    Are you addicted to water? Breathing? Fapping?

    The difference is 'continue to use despite negative consequences'.

    If you make it right or very wrong it sure is.

    The right way is with Arabica and a French press, the wrong way is with Robusta and a percolator. Most AA/NA meetings do it the wrong way, terrible flavor, but loads of caffeine.

    Not a 'quitter' but know enough of them to keep near beer in my fridge.

    This (any mind altering chem is addictive) is all LDS dogma BTW. They aren't amenable to discussion about it. They believe it, that settles it etc.

    Funny, they always ask me for engine size as part of the process. Must be a broken DB entry for Lexus IS series.

    Getting the fat tires would be the main point... Master cylinder etc depends on the specifics of the Calipers. Bigger rotors don't necessarily require bigger caliper cylinders. You would certainly need new caliper brackets.

    I once put Acura legend brakes on a Civic. Much cheaper than aftermarket.
