I went to Moto in November for my birthday and I have to say it's not as wacky and people make out to be, but it's also a pretty good restaurant. That last statment assumes you don't have a problem paying the same amount for dinner that you would for a mini iPod. I don't do often but, I'm a foodie and I like a challenge.
There are plenty things to not like about Moto most revolves around his attempts a 'new' ways to make food. The 'sushi' well it tastes kind of salty, kind of like seaweed (go figure). If I remember correctly it was served after a champagne sorbet or some caviar course which was much better (the basics always works). The overall experiance was good, there are plenty of aother places that I would want to go before I go back, but I definitetly would he is at least trying something new.
I use Adobe's server products extensively and for the past two years we have been begging for them to port those products to Linux. Right now you two choices Windows and Solaris, basically the people who paid for it. The response back has always been 'it cost to much for the testing and quality assurance, blah blah blah money, money.' Off the record we were told simply that if nobody will pay for the port it won't happen.
This isn't about duplication, this is about creation EVERY time! I've worked in publishing using Xerox Docutechs and what was supposed to be the big thing Xeikon Digital presses. They both screamed all day long about how great POD is, but they were real quiet when it came to the costs. I'm not sure how they will price this machine but if it's anything like Xeikon's (Lease with per page charges). It will still be really expensive and in a consumer arena most people don't see the value in the POD.
