I have blue eyes, and I live in Arizona, one of the sunniest states around. I just wear sunglasses all the time and stay inside as much as possible. the hardest part is actually adjusting from outside light to indoor light.
Sensitivity is more likely to occur outside due to the wide spectrum of light color in sunlight creating a "perfect white light". Camera flashes will also cause sensitivity because they are designed to replicate the same light.
Lighter colored eyes are also more sensitive to light so blue or green eyed people tend to have more side effects with light sensitivty.
Universal, to me, would mean controlling everything right? I haven't seen a remote control yet that can shut up the neighbor's dog, without, of course, one of those anti-bark collars. THAT, I would pay money for.
It's hard to believe that a band that has prided itself on pushing the envelope and being controversial would do something like this. These people obviousle cared enough to buy the CD, why would the record industry need to protect themselves from them? It's just another way for them to control what we can and cannot do, thereby infringing on my rights. When I can't even listen to my music without worrying about what programs may be being installed on my computer, we've let them go too far.
I do this for a living, photography printing and scanning. I have a very hard time telling people that I can't copy a picture because it isn't 75 years old yet. This stands true for any picture taken by a company that is still in business regardless of whether they are even able to make reprints anymore! Now with the digital age the copyright has been quoted to me as 100 years from the date of creation.
Did this woman give any thought to her daughter? A man was killed doing this in 2000, what if the same happens to her? What will her daughter think when she gets older? "My mom died trying to row a boat painted like shark bait across the Atlantic Ocean." I do give her snaps for doing something I could never do, but she should be thinking of her daughter's future without her mom.
Probably? Did it say probably mostly pr0n? Why after watching hits for a week can they only say probably? Besides, we like pr0n, pr0n is good for you. There should be more of it. 20% is not enough...
So, will this mean that all the people out there who must have the best of the best of the best but have no idea how to use it will rush out and arm themselves with 2GB for a digital camera they never use thus creating a huge spike in sales, eventually driving the cost down and making them more accessible to us money-challenged digital geeks who can and will use 2GB?
Fox is only doing what makes them money. Our society has become so wrapped up in reality TV crap that we refuse to relax and let the funny in. Futurama is absolutely one of the best shows ever made and that's the only reason it lasted as long as it did. Fox held on to it even without the ratings, yes, pushing it around and screwing up its time slots, but held on none the less.
If the veiwing audience would be less obsessed with crappy singers and stupid "whats-the-grossest-thing-I-can-eat" shows, we could continue to enjoy intelligent programming in the form of humor.
Regardless of the form this humor comes in, Simpsons, Family Guy, or Futurama, it is being rejected by those viewers who refuse to acknowledge a more "realistic" look at society exists in the subtle and intelligent jokes in these shows than silly "reality" shows.
Arizona is finally contributing to something...geeze, just look at our sports teams.
Ah yes, the first cell phone in action...

Boy, sometimes it's as if logic just escapes them.

reason not to use AOL.
Wow, that was fantastic reporting. Thanks for all the info, you're much more informative than any AP report I've read so far!

You are absolutely right. Though boating solo across the Atlantic Ocean does increase one's risk a bit.

I for one, welcome the anti-aging drug overlords. May their anti-aging overlording be ever overlordous.
