The problem is why Spamhaus was subject to the jurisdiction of a U.S. court. During the briefing, the e360 guy lied to the court and said that Spamhaus had assets in the U.S.A., thus giving a U.S. Court clear jurisdiction. Unfortunately, rather than correcting the mistake, the court is continuing down the path as laid out. And yes, they clearly have no idea how all these tubes connect.
My brother-in-law is a Vonage customer and received the info for buying into the IPO. He definitely wasn't interested when he saw the minimum number of shares that had to be purchased. I didn't see the document he received from Vonage, but he said there were a few hoops you had to jump through to get in line to purchase the shares. It isn't like it was very difficult, but not as easy as say "respond to this email and you're in" type of thing.
I can give you the traffic report for every weekday late afternoon/early evening in Saint Louis (morning is pretty much the opposite directions). Hwy 40 Westbound moving slow from Kingshighway to 270 and from Mason to the bridge. Hwy 270 South moving slow. Hwy 70 westbound slow from the airport through Hwy 94. Slow across the Poplar Street bridge.
And if it is sunny, there will be delays because it is too bright. If it is raining, accidents everywhere. So predictable.
Ciao
Rather than offering up baseless rhetoric, offer up facts. The vast majority of guns ARE NOT used to commit crimes. In his book, "More Guns, Less Crime", Prof. John R. Lott, Jr. using FBI statistics shows that less than 1% of the total guns are ever used in commission of a crime.
Other Facts:
Privately owned firearms in the U.S.: Over 200 million, including 65-70 million handguns. The number rose by 52 million during the 1990s. (BATFE)
Gun owners in the U.S.: 60-65 million; 30-35 million own handguns
American households that have firearms: Approx. 45%
Hunters 16 years of age and older, nationwide: 15 million (NSSF)

Neither Penguin or Katie T. have made any offer to Katie Jones for the domain katie.com. In fact, Katie T's lawyers informed Katie Jones that things would 'only get worse' for her from here if she didn't do something about it - i.e. give it to them. Add to that, Katie T is planning on releasing a whole new line of educational materials for schools this fall. Still no offer to actually buy the domain name.
