I've been learning PIC stuff and came across <a href="http://www.efd.lth.se/~e96rg/mc/video/pong.<nobr>h<wbr></wbr></nobr> tml" target="_new">this</a>. It's direction on how to make your own pong game w/ a PIC 16F84. Could be interesting to make a game system using Wafer cards that have both a PIC 16F84 and a EEPROM...
I first discovered the article and posted it up on Geeknews. We have had alot to say about this issue. Personally I want to see AOL beaten over the head about this. Check it out
Well, every once in a while Amiga pops it's head out then goes back to it's hole. I remember when Amiga systems were the kick ass product for consumers that wanted to multi-media stuff. Since the IBM and Apple platforms have grown up a bit technology wise, I feel that Amiga has pretty much died off in the hardware sector. What's mentioned in the above is quite interesting, but I think they will head in to some turbulant waters with BeOS. Hey, who knows - weirder things have happened.
I don't think any psychologist has to state it. When i'm stressed out I do one of 3 things. Sleep, play guitar or play Half-Life. Games like Quake allow you to reduced your stress in a safe enviroment.
I did an article over at Geeknews.net over devices which allow people to control their computers with electrical pulse that are generated from thinking. What are your thoughts on such products?
Interaction through a wall of Protection.

I find that alot of people radther talk to people on the the net instead of being online for protection reasons. The "Wall of Protection" helps easy communication between people becuase the fact they are not face to face. Talking about interacting and stuff like that, Geeknews.net has a message board thread about geek dating and geek freinds, and the sort. Also we should be having a geek dating site up in about a couple days. It's not just for find a lay or date - it for finding all sorts of people. All thou that these weblogs and message boards are nice - they just aren't personal enough for some people. You can goto the match maker sites - but there isn't one for geeks. So I hope to be able to get this site up and running really soon and start to make more for the community.
If you think about it.. The price isn't really that bad. If some rich kids were to go out and buy these and start developing maps with object created in it - i think that the price would come down to about $1K since people of the "home use" market are using it. Who knows.. I'm just rambling.
Well true 3D video is going to take a while to come by. But for right now you can watch movies in a 360 dgree interactive enviroment. see it at http://www.behere.com/. Only if someone can figure out how to do this with IPIX (http://www.ipix.com) technology.
We reported about this along time ago on geeknews (http://geeknews.net/cgi-bin/fooboard.pl?944436957 ), but it's still cool non-the-less. The bigger version of this is really cool. I can see this camera really being used in new Quake maps. The only problem would be that would need to tone down the poly count.. Just read the link above that I added and you'll see what we had to say.
Try Classmates.com?
is the source to any Windows OS.
I was doing a search for Time Traveler (the game that did the "3D" reflection trick. They had all sorts of information about the system.
Heh, come to Texas and you'll find plenty of places that do every thing w/ Texas Toast.
I know of a couple free pr0n sites
Try this this. I guess it didn't like the target="_new" tag..
This is better... heh..

Phenylalanine can be used in producing methamphetamine. When they start find amphetamines in space, I don't know what I would do.
