Many people and I noticed the newer drivers after 8x.xx series are worse and buggier (can't use the older drivers with my EVGA GeForce 7950 GT KO card). First, they made that new control panel like ATI/AMD did. Everyone seems to hate it. I also hated it. Who knows when the old control panel will be gone since ATI/AMD removed its old one after a few versions.
Secondly with TV out, the newer drivers seem to have problems with full screen overlays. Also, NVIDIA drop TV out support in their 8800 cards! I am not the only one either since many owners (long thread) have this problem.
It looks like NVIDIA is getting sloppy in its software area now. I had respect more than ATI, but it is getting smaller and there are no other video card companies to go.:( Maybe Intel can be a third competitor, but they need to do well with the gaming area. Come on, NVIDIA. Get your stuff together!
Wow: "Movies these days are worthless I havent watched a movie in 25 years"... That's hard unless this guy doesn't watch any movies on DVDs, in theater, TV, etc. In fact, does he even watch TV shows?;)
... because of their controllers. I used to own an Atari 2600, and its joystick was simple, light, and easily placed on a table/desk. With the newer consoles, they are more complex and used in air. This cause problems for me because of my four fingers (also lack of thumbs), elbow problems (can't straighten, collect money like people do, and weak strengths).
I prefer playing games on the computer because of the big keyboard on my desk and mouse. I don't have to hold them, keys are spread apart and easy to reach, etc. Old arcade controllers on their cabinets worked well too.
What good free ones exist for Windows XP and Vista? I used to use Yahama's SoftSynthesizer, but they caused driver conflicts with my Audigy 2 ZS card to I had to dump it.

I think Windows 2000 was better than XP in terms of stability. Is XP really that much better?
Can you boot that floppy USB disk drive from booting up the computer?
Where is this memory tester? I have not seen it yet.
I bet the power usage will increase costs and heat even during idle times with Vista.
Another problem: Doesn't WayBack not archive often? :(
Where was it? I missed it.
As a guy... Go on Beauty and the Geek show, survive long enough to get a make over, and then try applying for this BBC event.
Defense Contract Management Agency? [grin]
After watching the video, it looked like an eel but with an ugly face. :)
Hate? I was just teasing you on your typo. No biggie.
Hehe. Just be careful! Proofread (use preview) too. ;)
DCMA = Defense Contract Management Agency. :)
Your reply title says DCMA. Defense Contract Management Agency? :)
Thanks, but what exactly am I looking for over there? Program names, please.
Same for Digg and other popular sites with links.
Agreed. However, ANSImation and ANSI music were annoying, and bad for slow dial-up connections like 2400 speed. :(
Use SyncTERM (no Amiga port though) for that. ;)

Yup, I agree. :( I wished Debian and Mozilla groups would stop fighting.
Click here to avoid the five pages version and graphics.
I bet you Sims Laptop will be on the list soon. ;)
For those who are curious or want SeaMonkey in Debian via apt-get, it is called IceApe.
