Very true. So why does the lunatic get to go free? You have to keep in mind that the only reason Zimmerman was attacked (if he even was attacked) was because he chased down this kid. And, repeating myself, being chased down by a "white Hispanic" as a black youth is most likely very threatening. He had every right and reason to defend himself and tell Zimmerman to fuck right off.

All we have is the hearsay report from the man who just so happens to benefit the most form it and who is also known to be overly violent. But I guess the police, like you, have decided this poor dead kid whom had no history of violence definitely brought it on himself.

So much here. First, there is no such thing as a "white hispanic". That is a term made up by the media to cover their asses after calling Zimmerman "white" for the first few days.

Next, you have the right to defend yourself when you are attacked, not just for being followed on a public street. We need to go back to the very basics and ask, "who threw the first punch?"

Finally, as a white guy, let me tell you that it is much more threatening to be followed by a black guy in a black neighborhood than it is to be followed by a "white Hispanic" in a gated community. Don't pretend that black people are the only ones who have to live in fear of being attacked because of their race.

So it's okay to shoot to death someone attacking you.

As a matter of fact, that is the one of the only times it is OK to shoot someone to death. The others would be if they had broken into your house or attacking a loved one.

But it is not okay to attack a lunatic carrying a gun that is chasing you?

I wish I could tell you, but a big ABCNews Exclusive logo is blocking the back of Zimmerman's head. As Zimmerman moves around, the logo stays on the back of his head.

Now this is a surveillance video, right? Why is it moving around? Surveillance cameras don't move around. Why does this one?

Finally, at around 1:07, Zimmerman moves out of the way from the ABCNews logo and you are able to see what could be a gash on the back of his head. Can't tell for sure.

Fact is, we won't know anything until the facts come out. Paramedics were on the scene. They treated Zimmerman. If there were no wounds, why would they treat Zimmerman? If they did treat him, they would have filled out a report as well. They can tell us in a second as to what wounds Zimmerman had. Why no one is talking to them is beyond me.

What conservatives are against are things like taxing the snot out of oil companies while ignoring larger and more profitable companies like Apple. I think Ronald Reagan summed it up quite well when he said, "Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. However, the rocket in Houston did sit outside for decades exposed to the elements, so it's not like they can stand it up, refuel it and send it up. It's there for whatever other purposes you could need and it has not been on the ocean floor for the past 40 years. Whatever you could gain from bringing up the ones that were launched could be achieved better and more efficiently from the rocket in Houston. The only value the engines on the ocean floor has is purely nostalgia.

I think the big test would be to bench them again in six months and then a year. I think you'll find the Linux box catching up to, and then passing the Windows box as Linux does not suffer from "Windows rot." Every application you install seems to just HAVE to start up with the system and run ALL THE DAMN TIME! Do I really need iTunes, Google updater, MS Office, Acrobat Reader, and Winzip running ALL THE DAMN TIME? Here's a better idea: DON'T LAUNCH UNTIL I TELL YOU TO LAUNCH! I don't need MS Office preloaded and ready to go just case I might need to create a OneNote thingie. I think I'll be OK if I have to wait the extra 1.5 seconds when I decide to launch it. Nothing is more frustrating that when I see someone complaining about their computer being slow and I find that their little notification icons run from the clock to the middle of the task bar and then fixing it for them for the fourth time in a quarter.

It's also important to note that Linux upgrades itself for free with little user interaction. Windows can do the same, but it's not free and after four or five upgrades, your machine is useless from all the legacy stuff left over from installation's past.
