I'm writing bilingual content in my company. Last year in order to "improve" [I still can't find any advantage, another story...] things they had us move all our documents to this new system. English documents were published smoothly, while French documents were not visible for many hours. Oh... I guess it was because you know, only France speaks french and someone didn't care to check in which timezone Montreal is.
We are still experiencing problems with Text encoding not showing correctly, but whatever, I think it was just a bad idea to change from the previous application, to choose this one so problems over are just reinforcing my opinion.
