Apparently some Apple resellers and consumers have joined to sue the company over some of its alleged practices, including use of confidential info, manipulating supply, etc. Slightly OT, but it relates to Apple public image. Of course, suits are easy to start but harder to win -- SCO anyone? -- so who knows...
