One of my buyers got a refund from me because she accidentally paid for something twice. When she tried to get that 2nd payment back on her credit card, paypal couldn't differentiate between a chargeback and a refund to her card. I had no previous history with ebay or paypal, good standing etc and so on but they froze my account, nothing coming in or going out... for a week. I couldn't find a phone number and they took 24 hours to return my emails. So, in theory, I lost money... ebay being my sole income (in college). Still debating jumping on the band wagon but might not be worth the trouble...
