Here in New Zealand it's common for broadband plans to be measured in GB, presumably it works the same way in whatever country he's from. Just because you interpreted the article differently doesn't make everyone else an idiot.
And for those of us who are new to Mono, it might help to have a simple 'hello world' example. I've had a quick look with Google but can't find anything. Anyone know of a simple tutorial?
