over the thanksgiving holidays, i went and saw both of these movies.
SH was an awesome movei, tho i am biased towards this sorta movie. Depp's facial acting and Ricci's delicability made this movie awesome. They stayed pretty close to the actual story line also, so thats a good plus. another big plus for this movie, Chris Walken. This man is a bad-ass, no doubt about it. he makes anymovie awesome.
The world is not enough was a mediocre Bond movei at best. the plot was good, but Pierce just isnt the Bond that i like, he isnt Sean. it was worth the 5.50$ i paid to see the movie, but i wont see it again, till its on TV atleast...
get the soft ware right the first time, then people would lose alot of jobs. if its right, why would the soft ware company pay them to make it better when its already as good as its gonna get?
if there's bugs, the company can release Version X.X and get more money, to pay more people, to pad the exec's pockets a bit more, so they can have more bugs in the next issue, so that they can release....etc etc etc..
heck, if windows was right hte first time, why would we need win2k? if linux 1.0 was had been perfect...why would we need 2.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0?
granted, its not always about money. sometimes its a simple over site, or a situation that the testers/programers didnt think about.

havnet they tired this before? maybe not a telescope at the middleof the earth, but a big tank of pure H20, lite hydrogen(1 proton, no neutron) some where at the bottom of a long series of tunnels under the earth?

Elena back in 86, and george last october. i HATE them with a passion. george decided to be mean to me. the ONLY tree that was in my yard decided it didnt want to be in the ground anymore, so it took root in the second storry hall way of my house. this was at about 3am sunday morning..the BEGINING of the storm. for 2 days we had a water fall going down the stairs. 90% of the house was ruined. 25k damage cost. thank god for insurance. whats worse tho, is that it took the imcompitant over 9 months to fix the house. his first estimate said 3 months...then 5..then 5and a half..then 6...etc etc etc.. i coulda built a new house in that time..
im a pretty smart guy...always top 1% of everything ive done in HS etc... but sometimes, the commen sense i have, just flys out the windows. the word "duh!" comes to mind. it would be so obviouse to some one else who's doing it, yet so alien to me. its wierd.
what will i ever do with out my x-files? havent missed an episode in ages..this is depresssing...i think im gonna go cry my self to sleep tonight:( Gorfin
cuz i really hate haveing to wait a second for the pages to load on my end. ive got better things to do then wait 1 friggin second. I want to be able to hit tha book mark, and BLAM, there it is.;> Gorfin
basicaly, if the client doesnt send the 24bytes of overflow back to the server, then the server determines that its not the AOL client, but the MS client. the MS client will NOT send the 24extra bytes.

MySQL is stable(kinda redundant for linux tho :) ) and easy to use.
as time progresses, the amount of Lamers in the world grows to uncontronable paportions...
but it would help if i could learn to spell..
