On another subject: Why is this a "piloted plane"? A drone would be far less expensive, and just as capable of carrying a 5 gram camera. Because the laws don't allow drones to be used that way. E.g. it is only allowed to be in a certain range of the controlling station.

Well, in Gemany you have parental leave for up to 36 month - 12 to 14 payed - not 12 weeks. And the couple, assuming both work, have to decide who of them takes how many months. Of course the payment is not done by the employer but by the state.
To qualify to make a study in "climate change" you have to have studied in an university first for 5 - 10 years and made a diploma in climate and meteorology... and then you need to be a member in a research team or found one. So: "no, there is no research industry" You are an idiot. Researchers usually don't earn money. They barely can pay the bills, moron!

We started introducing wind and solar around 1980, not 2008. The law about "renewable energy(EEG)" was introduced 2000.
Reduction over that time is about 40%. But it is hard to find charts, I'm to lazy to look them up for you :D
2017 we produced 38% of our electricity CO2 free ... but the amount of water power in this equation is more or less the same like 1950.
