May I add that in 1948, United States signed the
Universal Declaration of Human Rights which
prohibit death penalty (Article 3).
But wait... there's still using death penalty
like China and Cuba, North Korea et al.
But... they signed the UDOHR right ?
Doesn't it mean they should apply it ?
