Uh, yes, actually. Starcraft had actual writers, plot, compelling characters, and the *way* it was told was a huge leap over anything else of the time.
Oh, I know it can be beautiful. But if you've read the book, it's just chilling. Independent thought is not even frowned upon, it's unheard of. Just that sort of book.
Scary, scary idea. A paraphrase from it: 'Composition was once a sort of trance where slightly insane people wrote music down feverishly. Our way, based on mathematics, is much better. Regular, based on curves and graphs.'
Does not cause a crash. I close Firefox 99% of the time by using the mouse gesture I bound to close tab, and when it's the final tab, it closes Firefox.
The point is if you have ads that people are genuinely interested in blocking...you need to find more ads.
If you switch to a different business model, and it works, more power to you! If it doesn't, keep trying!
In the I, Jedi book, there was a reference to this type of technology, wherein someone would sequence flowers with DNA that contained encryption keys to a set of data stored elsewhere. Very useful for blackmail.
Seriously, though, if we're approaching SW technology, I'm happy. When're the hyperdrives and usable ion drives coming?
You haven't read the EULA's??
They all say "Distribution and downloading of copyrighted material is illegal", yadda, yadda.
I realize that the EULA isn't really read much, but neither are little yellow signs on the pillars inside libraries.
The point being if you invent a device that does so, you can patent it, but the method itself cannot be.
Not saying I necessarily agree with that, but there's the explanation from the previous post.
Seriously, though, will there be a group of people trying to translate it into any number of mildly famous fictional languages? Elvish, Klingon, etc...
Just wondering.

Or draw on it with a marker?
If so, then they probably have too much power.
If not, then what they're allowed to regulate should be bound by what Congress has told them they can regulate, no more, no less.

And agree with you, it would not actually hurt the programs at all, and *might* have some effect on liability. Very little, though.

a = a + b b = a - b a = a - b Same idea as the multiplication answer, since both are commutative, but this gets around divide by zero.
