It means that although you ordered your product they will not absolutely guarantee that it gets into your hands. I.E. it got lost in the mail. I know a bunch of people who have received their products from Gratis Internet. One person in particular had troubles getting his but was able to contact the company and get things straighten out so that he could receive his product. Is this a legitimate site? Yes. Is it a cheap link? No. If you don't buy into it don't sign up for it.
Kind of interesting side note I have a professor who worked for IBM about 30+ years ago where he designed circuits to filter out frequencies above the third or fourth harmonic. It is somewhat difficult because the voice has no repeating patterns (like a complex sinusoidal wave) within a given word. So the engineers had to decide when it is appropriate to filter out the higher frequencies and still have the voice sounce clear. The found that anything above the fifth harmonic didn't make a big difference so for most cases they used the third or fourth harmonic.

C may be AN issue but coding is still another issue that will never be overcome. No matter how secure you think you can design it some genius kid will come along and crack your code. Look at DVD encoding. The people who developed the algorithms (and it may have been written in C) thought they were so secure that the first DVD's to come out did't even have the FBI warning on them because the developers thought no one could crack it. But then some unknown (at the time) kid came along and cracked it. He saw something the programmers couldn't see because they were the ones programming. It's just like writting a paper, you may have read it a million times and think it is grammtically perfect, but when your friend reads it he points out errors you couldn't see because you were the one to write it. Again programming in C may be one issue but there are many other that are just as if not more critical.
There will always be vulnerabilities. Since people can't produce perfect code there will always be a way for someone to make a flaw into a vulnerability. Therefore there will always be patches and updates(relating to security measures). The only way to stop these flaws from becoming an issue, like this one, is to stop crackers. And good luck with that.
Pretty soon websites will have two options. 1 without video and 1 with. People with highspeeds will have a whole new world of websites to view. I'm sure there will be a lot of websites with video greaters, like Walmart.
People wonder why they aren't safe anymore. Bad people get this information and do bad things. If you know how to do something it doesn't always mean the world has to know. Somethings are better off unsaid.

Ever hear of INEEL? They were the first ones to create a nuclear reactor to provide electricity. They also store nuclear waste. A long while back they asked the government if they could build a reactor to provide energy for their projects. But the government said no but agreed that the INEEL could build it's own coal plant. After researching the project the committee found that if they built a coal plant inside the INEEL land they would have to bury the waste from the coal plus the train and its cars because the coal dust was radio active enough that the INEEL had to class it as nuclear waste. Therefore they didn't build the plant on INEEL grounds, they built it in another place. So what am I saying? Would you rather have a coal plant that produces tons of radio active waste each year, or a nuclear plant the produces only a little and deal with it?
