No, that line defines what is source code for the rest of the license, and in this case source code include the change history, because Apple also uses it as the preferred form for making changes.
I would advise you to read the "terms and definitions" on all your contracts. Maybe you have sold your soul.
The GPL and LGPL talks about the prefered way of modifying the source (or something like that). If Apple was not distributing the code among their programmers as tarballs they should distribute the code repository.

HURD is not another kernel like Linux nor BSD.
HURD is not the reaction of RMS to the Linux kernel.
HURD IS a microkernel based architecture, did you say 64 procs. machines? (I hope you all know what a microkernel is).
HURD IS GPLd, I'm not so idealist to be a BSD geek.
HURD IS older than Linux (ok, it's also harder at this moment, but if this is a problem you can always reinstall Windoze).
Moreover HURD is THE future, I mean that this tecnhology is the future, at some point Linux itself will be microkernelized or die in the "big-iron" scenery.

Is there any doubt about Gtk being THE standard UNIX GUI?
With Mozilla Gtk+ will be installed in all (and I mean ALL) UNIXes in the world.
No matter how much run TrollTech and Opera; it is a fact, the only problem could be MS porting IE to all UNIXes and then MFC would be THE standard UNIX GUI.
