I like it. It's not the weight or fancy buttons that excit me, but the fact that it looks like a _BIG_ comfy optical mouse. A lot of the newer mouses are to damn small and uncomfortable. I'll stick with my MS Explorer 4 until some reviews come out, though.
This is just stupid. These are the kinds of lawsuits that drive up the costs of everything (pres. drugs, healthcare, [and in this case games]). These are the kind of lawsuits that scare companies out of the market b/c they're scared that they will get sued over the tiniest thing.
I hang out w/ a gamer crowd and I don't know anyone who has had any problems w/ the Xbox.
P2P will never die. It will just continue to grow and change. I don't know who these "researchers" are but I'm willing to bet that they all use Aol for Brodband to help supercharce their inet connections...
I use NOD32 and Ad-Aware. Also, I try to keep the firmware up-to-date inside of my Linksys router/firewall. I do get hit with a virus/trojan once in a while, but NOD32 usually catches it before it does any harm.

I'd always noticed that more sites on gecko's (the animal) would come up when I searched for Geico. This is uphauling.
