$78 USD. Which is low all things considered. You get 13 DVDs.
I like eBags. They also have a lot of coupons that you can take advantage of.

I have never had problems with their opt-in/out list.
I don't see $260M as feasible. $500M may be closer to the mark. Also, this doesn't include man-hours that'll need to do the work. The way this government does things, even if it starts today, we probably wouldn't see the finish line in at least 5 years.
Then there's the copyright issue.......
Lastly, what about all the "delicate" materials. It's not like you can just slap all those things on a flatbed scanner and be done with it....
Agreed. Maybe built-in AM/FM tuner and a limited range transmitter (a la iTrip). It'd definitely complete the package. I am not too hot on video/photo capable iPods. Who wants to see things in 2" screens?
I have only legit copies of music on my iPod, many of those bought on iTMS. So by making this kind of statement, Steve Ballmer has slandered against me.
Where are the lawyers when I need them? I want to file a class action libel and slander suit against Ballmer. Who is with me?
of course you are going to lose your warranty.... anytime you do anything other than proscribed in the manual voids the warranty.
you only do this as last resort.... not some upgrade fancy... unless you already are out of warranty.
I just wish they have an email only service. Even at the current market rate ($19.95/yr.), I can stomach. But $99/yr. for a lot of things I don't use is hard to swallow.

How about the following: 1. Turn off their own digital feeds or make it a fee based service 2. Collect a fee when you buy TV tuner card
