I hate to contribute to the digression of this post, but I couldn't keep quiet. There needs to be a careful balance between individual rights and the effect of actions (or inaction) on others.
I could care less if you don't wear your seatbelt, it's really not my concern. However, I should have the RIGHT to refuse any part of my auto insurance premium in supporting your breathing machine after someone scrapes you off the road.
