I upgraded immediately - I already had a slower speed iiNet connection with the phone preselect, for the same cost.
The fact is that this is a good deal - the phone call costs are far better than any other carrier ($2.50/hr to the US) and the line rental is comparable, and then you get your broadband cheaper.
No contracts and good tech support. As long as the service levels remain, then they appear to be the best deal in town.
I was bought an Eddie Bauer backpack, and was surprised by how good it is. Looks like a regular backpack, has plenty of functional pockets, and the back is nicely padded. Can fit jumpers, lunch etc in the main compartment without squashing anything because the laptop has its own pocket within the compartment.
I've been carrying it around for an hour a day for the last year and have no complaints.
