Not can, but does interfere. Test in my city showed that a few second transmission on the 20M ham band shut down BPL for several minutes. The Ham's did extensive studies and thier documentation can be found here Maybe we should be more concerned about its lack of availability due to those pesky ham radio operators. How long will be till I can buy a BPL interceptor?

Spamers are not stupid, they learn. They will start using the domain of the zombi host instead of some other domain and the domain key of that of the zombi's computer. Soon that domain will be blocked as it is producing spam. The users of that domain will not be able to send mail. The spammer moves on to another zombi on another domain.

So is it on topic? Yes, the domain keys don't help preventing spam, because the spam comes from all sorts of domains. It might help with the bank scam, if you know your banks domain. That is unless they had to change their domain because they had been blocked.

Over the last several years spammers have been turning computers into zombies, and using them to send their spam. Soon lots of unsuspecting people will have their E-Mail shut down. Have we done anything at all to improve the situation? No, we just made it harder to communicate! The ONLY usefull thing is that we may be able to find the zombies.

As the tumors are limited to the side of the brain that people hold the phone to, it would indicate that the problem is very localized. That is if you moved the antenna a few inches away from the head, the problem would go away. Remember the power levels drop as the square of the distance. Moving the antenna from 1 inch to 3 inches away gives us 1/9th the power hitting your brain. Some phones do this. Maybe we should encourage the rest of them to do the same. If I remember right the wave length is a few inches, making your brain a nice target.
