A recent study (which I won't bother to dig up) showed that leaving the baby attached to the mother for a few minutes greatly increased their blood volume, even months later, which would seem significantly improve their health.
This whole consideration is another disgraceful example of heartless science treating voiceless people as material "resources".
Biggest problem with a mouse is having to move the right hand back to the kbd to press Enter. However, by positioning the trackball just to the right of the kbd, you can use the right thumb on the second Enter key, making many operations much faster.

This apparent attempt to employ the double negative as a subtle back-handed assertion blundered with the o'er eager addition of a third negative: "not", "without" and now "hasn't", thereby actually complimenting CBS with the precious back-handed-with-a-twist syntax.
Since the context of the message otherwise seems critical of CBS, one would assume this additional negative to be in error. Here, then, are three suggested corrections:
Conventional Weakly-Assertive Double Negative:
"not that [1]CBS
has been without its problems"
Subtly Sarcastic Insinuation, with embedded Negatives:
"
as if [1]CBS hasn't been without its problems"
Uber-Sly Double-Double Negative (recommended only for experts in closed disCourse -- don't try this at home!!)

money and the way it works is going to be a constant, not a variable
Interestingly enough, the constancy of money's function is a direct consequence of it's essential variability, that is, it's inherent nature as an abstract index (of the perceived relative value of goods & services).
