As a part of M$ ECMA fast track process ISO/IEC JTC1, Bureau of Indian Standards(BIS) a P-member of ISO has to vote on OOXML. The Discussions for this is going on now. You can see the Documents at http://www.odfalliance.in/OOXML.html
Here (Page 4, item 9b) M$ repeats again the same affirmation:
"Ecma 376 contains full documentation for spreadsheet formulas"

OOXML does not have a large number of features but is "feature rich".
"The statement was not that the size is due to the large number of features but "feature rich". The size of the document is also due to the fact that it is a fully defined specification." (note, OOXML is incomplete, inconsistent, and lacks semantic, ie,
it is a street directory without a map)
6000+4000 pages of OOXML specifications are needed because MS couldn't be bothered to ask Oasis to define spreadsheet formula's
"As an example, which was cited in the meeting but has not been captured in the minutes, is the specification for implementing formulas in Spreadsheets which is not present in ODF. In this case what would spreadsheet formula specifications be considered as if not a point of standardization."
Even though Govt of India ordered to restore acess to blogspot, The 18 sites that Govt decided to ban is still banned. But for most of those sites & blogs I cant findout reason to block. Still ministry is silent on it. It again the duty of bloggers community to file Right to information Application to know why this ban. The news came on Indian Express Newspaper addresses this issue in some amount. Are Bloggers are happy after removing the threat to their own blogs? If they can block a blog like http://princesskimberley.blogspot.com/ they can block any of the blog site. Is there Govt have a justification for blocking each & every site? why a website talking about dalit nationalism ( i didn't seen any hate content on http://www.dalitstan.org/ ) is blocked in a country that addreses diversities...? so Indian bloggers must move on this way to ask the reasons for the censorship.
Every ban Govt proposes is in the name of controlling terrorists. There are such unclarified reports this time too. It is very same as denying public water supply in the name of terrorists are used to drink it. This also shows that Govt of India & CERT-IN did'nt learn anything from the past experience of banning yahoo! Groups in the name of militant Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) of the Khasi tribe, started a mailinglist named kynhun. The popularity popularity and visibility went up by leaps and bounds instantaneously, despite it being blocked by all ISPs! Clearly, you can't ban anything on the internet.
More than a censorship it violates Communication rights of the people.

Some of the already alotted patents in the basis of patent amenment ordinance (passed on December 2004 that implimented patents over embeded software).
