  1. Yes on Is Firefox 1.0 Less Stable than Firefox PR1.0? · · Score: 1

I ran 1.0PR fine with samba under Gentoo. Yet with 1.0 it seems to crash often when accessing a Windows server, forcing me to use a crummy command-line samba client, ugh!

  2. Re:Efficiency on Writing Code for Spacecraft · · Score: 3, Interesting

I can get Linux on a 1.44mb floppy and run a system from it. 2 megs ain't that hard.

  3. WHy on 2004 Election Weirdness Continues · · Score: 1, Flamebait

Here in Holland we have been using electronic voting machines for YEARS and nothing EVER went wrong. WHy can't the US with all their supreme technology not make a fail safe system like we have here?

  4. not as good as Halo 1 on Halo 2 Reviews · · Score: 1

I have played Halo 1 since it came about back in the day. I have played it at the world cyber games. (Nationals). Halo 1 was for people with skill, Halo 2 is for people who like to waste 6 million bullets in a single game. It just doesn't quite cut it. I have played Halo 2 and I really do not like it. It's a bloody kiddy game. I asked several of my buddies who also play Halo 1 alot and none of them think Halo 2 is an improvement. Long story short, I hate it and I won't play it. Halo 1 still is FAR better.

  5. Bush? on Kerry Concedes Election To Bush · · Score: 1

So Bush got it. Let see when he reviels his plan to build a portal to release the DEMON OF KRAGGARDOR. Causing world-wide terror, fear, war-mongering, destruction and oppresion of people. Wait...... Well a Demon would be cool non-the-less.

  6. Photoshop on Adobe Forming a Linux Strategy? · · Score: 2, Insightful

THe only reason holding me back from using Linux for my work computer is the lack of proper photoshop. Sure I can Wine it but it still doesn't quite cut it. I have been trained to work with Photoshop and really The Gimp is not that good of imgae editing program. I can't do numerous this with it which I can do with Photoshop under Windows (2k). And I do hope when they port it to Linux (even if it's a closed-source program) I hope they'll allow licence transferring. The day that happens I'll be freed from the Dark Side.
