If you try and order one when you get to the end it tells you there is a conflict with the order because the selected hardware will not work with Vista. You can not even select Vista on these boxes. That is only after they try to sell you a lot of windows add ons and windows games.
I have been IMing, and on the phone with Dell now for a while, and no one can find a way to place an order for these models.
