  1. Not really new on Ford To Introduce Restrictive Car Keys For Parents · · Score: 1

BMW, Jaguar, and a few other manufacturers have been doing this for a while with valet keys. The valet keys put the car in "valet mode" where the rev limiter, top speed, etc are set pretty low. Good to see the feature trickle down to more affordable cars.

  3. Yep & you're also eligible for upgrade pricing on Apple's Macworld Looking To Corporate Users · · Score: 1

not sure if MVL applies to Apple-based hardware - anyone? Yep, it applies. In fact last summer when we were setting up our labs with dual-booted Intel iMacs we learned that you're even eligible for the upgrade pricing because the Macs already have an OS installed (OS X). According to our MS sales rep, Microsoft doesn't care what OS you have pre-existing on your workstations. If you're dual-booting your Macs with OS X and Windows XP Microsoft still feels that you're "upgrading" to their OS.

At the time of my submission (around 12:30pm today), the http://test.doit.wisc.edu/ website did not appear as it does now. It appeared as an updated version of what you see in the Google cache. There was an updated posting on the site from Schroeder earlier this morning mentioning that the challenge had ended and giving the statistics which I included in my submission. The posting had no mention of the challenge ending early or the messege that is currently displayed, it mearly stated that the challenge had ended and there was no successful access by anyone.

I love this part from his site:
When I said "my wife" in the previous section, I actually meant to say "my beautiful, intelligent and under appreciated wife who not only does way more than her share of the work around here, but also knows that this web site exists and checks it out from time to time."
