put a picture of the user right on the cards? That won't work. Most places the cashier never looks at your card. This was before the pos terminals, Citibank tried that once. Most merchants thought the card was a fake. I had to write Citibank to get a standard card. Plus you do get old. So your feature would change. It was not the Merchants fault. It was the Card processing company.

You keep forgetting about stores that don't take cards. This would ruin business like Western Union, Money gram and other similar type of service. It would also ruin pay day advance places as well. If the U.S. did require to be microchip in the finger or the forhead. I would refuse even if it meant my death. This does not mean I do or do not believe in god. It just against what I believe in. It would be challenged by origination like the EFF as well.

  3. File Sharing is legal in Canada. on Canadian Court Maintains Right to Privacy · · Score: 1

File Sharing is legal in Canada at least for Music. Everyone in Canada has paid for copyright usage. The reason is the regulators cited a long-standing rule in Canada, in which most copying for personal use was allowed. To repay artists and record labels for revenue lost by this activity, the government imposes a fee on blank tapes, CDs and even hard disk-based MP3 players such as Apple Computer's iPod, and distributes that revenue to copyright holders. However, if the recoding industry wins. They would have to refund money back to everyone that paid for copyright usage. The recoding industry is trying welch on their deal with Canada. It will be very hard for the recoding industry to prove violation of copyright law, since everyone has permission.
