"Brutally honest?"
When I left the company (yes, EA), I had an exit interview. In the interview, on advice of my supervisor, I specifically said that my salary wasn't good enough (because it wasn't... A game magazine beat the salary for an associate editor job, and magazines pay crap). I watched as the HR rep wrote down, "The salary was good."
I had to stop the interview and correct her, and I am convinced my comments still didn't make it in. When you quit EA, you might as well just say, "It's all good, no problem, this was such an awesome place to work," because those brain-dead HR drones would never let anything else reach management's ears.
