I can't remember if they had a minimum of 1 penny or not, but if you want it for free, just grab it from PirateBay. I'm sure Thom Yorke has enough money and would rather you enjoyed listening to it for free than forgo listening to it because you couldn't afford it.
I can't remember how much I paid for "In Rainbows", but it was definitely more than the usual album price (for much the same reasons you paid over the odds).
Funnily enough, Radiohead/Thom Yorke/Atoms for Peace are artists that I will actually pay for their music as I'm a big fan and they typically self-publish these days. Radiohead were one of the first artists to do a "pay what you want" price for their album.
Surely one of the advantages of having business logic in PL/SQL is that you avoid having to transfer data between the database and the external services. Some things can be done a lot quicker at the database level by using stored procedures, but then again I don't have much love for PL/SQL - it's not the best language.
Actually, it makes more sense to become complacent about terrorism in the UK. We've been living with terrorist threats for a long time (I personally remember the IRA bombing campaigns of the 1970s - by the way, why did the US fund the IRA with so much money?) and it makes little sense to live in fear.
The principle job of a terrorist is to get ordinary people afraid, so we should simply ignore them and get on with our lives. I personally think that we should be far more wary of our governments than whatever scare story that the media can whip up.
I don't agree with how patents are granted/abused, but if a company is going to import goods into a country, the first thing you do is check to see if it's legal to do so. You can't just import something in a box (for selling onwards) and then complain that you didn't bother to find out what was in that box.
So here's the thing... If God doesn't exist and digestion is dependent on your personal anatomy... Why does eating dogshit provoke such an outraged reaction?
Porn is undefinable partly because your culture has an important part in whether you consider something pornographic or not. Also, the intent of the individuals involved has a large impact. A naturist website might have pictures of underage nude children, but without being considered pornographic whereas a young teen (e.g. 15 years old) sharing a selfy of her breasts would be considered to be making CP.
Generally, nudity is not considered pornographic unless the particpant is posing in a lewd fashion. It's also quite common in some parts of the world for babies to be born without wearing clothes at all!

Yes, but you must be forgetting the stringent editing process that all SlashDot articles have to go through.

Atoms for Peace self publish - I recommend AMOK.
So, it has come to this.
Or, baked for 20 mins on high temperature (220 degrees celsius) and then tossed with lemon/lime juice and parmesan

I don't understand - oracle has a very clear difference between NULL and empty string. Tri-value logic is used throughout oracle's databases.
Hear, hear!

It'd keep sliding out of your hand.

I love that film - Kevin Costner's finest work.
What's worse is that I don't even have a cat.
So, it has come to this.
I did have mod points
Suddenly, insightful post
Where have the points gone?

I'm so disappointed that that website doesn't exist.
That's funny - I label all my keys with your name and address as well.

So by that logic, police officers investigating possible CP crime are also guilty!? I think not.

What about Apple? Wouldn't they gain by having problems raised with Linux and Android?
If the BBC is state-funded, then can I get my money back from the yearly TV license fee?
