    An everlasting list would be equivalent to a soft ban on telemarketing. If you really want to do that, just do that instead.

    This was my first thought on reading the summary. The thing is, almost all of the examples given in the article are either speculation about what could possibly maybe happen or instances where the computer does not belong to the person being investigated. I think that an employer has a right to monitor their own computers. Employers should also have a right to let investigators search their computers.

    I hate it when people on IM accuse me of ignoring them when I don't respond within 15 seconds... and I hated trying to use a qwerty after using nothing but dvorak for 6 months... but the Model M is a great keyboard to turn to dvorak because the key caps pop off so easily.

    No, but you've got to admit it would be easier for Osama to walk into an Indian call center and get a job than a "western" one.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Osama strongly disliked in India?
