Currently I am employed by Intel Corp as a software engineer. My job at Intel is to design and develop applications to help the motherboard engineers do their jobs. I also develop a lot of applications for process automation. If my job fun? Well it really is, no hard schedules, meaning since our group doesn't sell product we don't have to worry about meeting hard deadlines. We also get to pick what applications we get to develop. To wind down I play games, lately it is Dragon Court.
Hey all you computer users reading this, Wouldn't it be great if someone developed some type of protocol where any file could be transfered from one computer to another. A protocol that would become so imporant in the academic and business world that the mention of closing it's ports down would mean riots out on the streets. A protocol that could get adopted by everyone who makes operating systems. OH WAIT!!! They already do. ITS CALLED FTP. Do you guys think that a school would actually ban the use of FTP, common give me a break. Leave using napster to all of the script kiddies and come back to the real world and use FTP, because that is what napster is, a stripped down version of a ftp client and server rolled into one with a thread sending out a pulse to one of napsters servers saying "here i am, i'm still here and alive."
Microsoft previously has rejected any suggestion that it disclose the Windows blueprints to competitors, one of the remedies against the company that the government has considered.
What competitors? They've basically knocked mac os out of the market, same goes with O/S2 and any unix flavors well you mention unix or linux to a regular person and they will just flinch beyond all control because they won't have their pretty little start bar.

I have two questions about this technology,
Is this technology the birth of real living neural networks? I ask this because this is how the brain is thought to work, millions of processors (neurons) working in parallel. And if so would it mean that creations like Data from Star Trek:TNG isn't so far off.
Secondly, What would happen with cryptology. The government or some agency could in theory use this technology to break encryption schemes. Not because of power behind one processor but because of hundreds of thousands of processors solely dedicated on cracking something.
It's nice to know that I do not fit in a predefined mold that the FBI has made. Maybe they can round up all of us geeks and put us in camps to protect the general public. Oh wait that story has already happened. Or maybe the government can try some mind altering drugs on us so we will stop what we are doing. Oh wait that too has been done before. I have been doing this type of lifestyle for many a years and have I killed anyone? No. We should tell the government to leave us alone. The Lopez
Consider this, A kid gets tested, and is labeled violent. Later he goes out and kills a few of his classmates. He goes to court and his lawyer says that he is mentally disturbed and was predisposed to violence as according to the test.
