To some extent I'm sure that's true. On the other hand, it does say something about your personality that you've retained it since that time.
My first screenname was "Wanderer88," but I've mostly dropped that, since (based on the hypothesis that most people use the last two digits of their birth year as a common way to augment their favored screenname) it made me look much younger than I was. It says something about me that I'm self-conscious about my age in any case (profession: research; background: computer science, experimental psychology, philosophy), just as your having retained that name for ten years actively says something about you.
(Notice that I'm not implying that whatever it might "say" is not necessarily negative.)
In all fairness to both you and UbuntuForums.org, that may be because of the unusual structure of the built-in search function: it will only search on the current subforum by default. Using a Google query with site:ubuntuforums.org or with the Firefox search engine plugin/extension for UF by Luca Gasperini helps a great deal.
