Actually SBC owns more than bellsouth... " Cingular is a joint venture between the domestic wireless divisions of SBC (NYSE: SBC) and BellSouth (NYSE: BLS). SBC owns 60 percent of the company and BellSouth owns 40 percent, based on the value of the assets both contributed to the venture. "

I agree, SBC customer service is a nightmare. Setting up DSL for a MPLS VPN they gave me the wrong ATM Circuits three times in a row. They seemed to be giving me internal circuit numbers instead of what thy should've been passing out... jackasses

There are actually great American Beers out there just more localized to America. Like http://www.sierranevada.com/ Sierra Nevada, http://www.saranac.com/ Saranac, as well as many local city breweries.

Advertising works, right after I saw The Incredibles I went out and bought some sheep because of the advertising before the movie... Man that sheep was happy-go-lucky! I would like to sue for false advertisment though, my sheep just lounge around chomping grass and the like all day, bad sheep.

Same story, some like it some don't. If you were a part time musician working at Red Lobster throughout the week the internet has the posibility for world exposure. If you are a pop singer who doesn't write you own material and has a huge record deal you'll probably try your hardest to protect your assets. I have definitly bought some albums through iTunes I would've never heard of otherwise... also non-mainstream record label sites that offer free downloadable mp3's allow me to hear the music first which if I like the song I buy the album.
