The kid with the red hair sitting on the right knee is Stewart, the president of Ludicorp, which is the company that is developing Flickr. He's sitting in his great-grandpa's lap, and I think the other kid is Stewart's cousin. I'm pretty sure that's just the chair, not a hunchbacked grandpa.
