    Sometimes the immediate use of something is not apparent.
    For instance, this could be used as a tripwire. I secure a site, you hack it and look at the pages, launching this tripwire.

    This may or may not be what it was used for but it could be used along these lines.

    Often this is the result of touching a INI file. Since INI files are considered system files, you need elevated privileges to modify them. I've had to assign folder/file level permissions to bypass having to give admin rights on local machines.

    I don't believe I said that the economics are similar. What I did do was provide a reason why people purchase from spam.

    And Yes I do consider unsolicited mail at home spam.

    This is crap legislation at it's worst. You as a parent need to take responsibility in raising your child. If your child buys a game that is against your morals, wouldn't you know and act appropriately? Don't you know what your child is doing, where they are and how much money they have?

    When you really think about it, wasn't the smoking age created because parents couldn't parent their children? If the reason for the smoking age is that it is bad for you and others, why isn't it illegal?
