Once it's out in the public domain, it's no longer a trade secret. You can't put the monkey back in the bag. You can go after the person that leaked it, but that's because they signed a non disclosure agreement, absent such an ageeement, an innocent third party who did not have reason to know it was a trade secret is free to divulge it all they want.
They do, last year, a website leaked a pic of the Z06. And the GM lawyers in their infinite wisdom decided to after all the corvette enthusiast sites and threatened law suits. What happens in the auto industry is that automakers give high rez pics to magazines in exchange for a promise that they won't publish until a certain date. This is good for magazines because they have a chance to work with their images and layout and knows that other magazines won't scoop them
However, if the magazine takes a pic of a car while the car is on the highway on road tests, that is free game. So when a car magazine posts pics of "spy" shots of the latest and greatest, they can print that, even though they already have high rez shots of the car.
The Ds is more portable. It has a standby option where you can instantly put it on standby and come back few minutes or couple of hours later and be at the same level. I did this when I went to my doctor. Play a little while waiting at the doctors, then my name is called go into the little room where they make you wait for 20 minutes. Then afterwards to get blood work done you wait for another 20 minutes. Its easy to close your DS talk to your doctor, and then wait for Xrays, blood tests and what not. Put in your pocket go home and finish your game. You don't get that kind of stop and go action on a PSP.
I'm pretty sure it crossed their considering they sell Windows Mobile to third parties, which can play DRM Windowa media files. Why isn't anyone buying? Because it's clunky and the celebrity they got to endorse it was Queen Latifah. I love Queen Latifah, but choosing her and the movie Taxi to showcase MS Mobile windows pretty much summarizes Microsoft.
Sometimes if my ping is high, or bandwidth is saturated when running bittorrent, I have a hard time finding someone online. Also my friend bought the nintendo adapter and says he finds games quicker with it. Also you might want to try playing when the Japanese play, around 4 oclock pm their time. YMMV
I guess it's because of the first line of the post. Statistics show.....If you are stat geek you can do some regression analysis and extrapolate the success of the Revolution by looking at DS numbers in the Eu and also number of downloads of a single shareware game.
I think, having the past 1.5 seasons on is pretty reasonable. It's free, there is no video. I don't understand the troll mod. You asked for Arrested Development podcasts, and I linked it. Oh well.
I know a lot of people probably had respect for Boyd Coddington, but after watching the show American Hotrod, where pretty much one person per week gets fired or quits. I can never see Boyd in a good light again.
These aren't lost episodes. Each episode has experiments which for either time, or because its too boring, or some other reason gets cut from the actual show. So these are the experiments that were to boring to see on regular tv.
Family Guy costs a reported $1.1 million per episode. Which makes it 2.2 million per hour of television which is quite a bit more than Firefly. Fox was never good at showing respect to its shows. With the cancelation of Arsenio, the argument over the rights to the Simpsons, the cancelation of Married with Children and it goes on and on.
They also had full support of the FBI who wanted data on explosions such as these and if terrorists were to use one, what the impact would be. It is both educational and it might save lives. Not many shows can show that.
Your Slashdot posting info is pretty public information. The difference between selling your financial info, is that it doesn't rely on the fame of the person to sell that info. You are buying the stats not the name. When you are playing fantasy baseball, you are buying the name, as well as the stats. In my Fantasy slashdot game, I advertise, you can play as CmdrTaco, Scudsucker and a Clevernickname. Not saying its right, just saying there is a difference.
Apple used to sell Macs with built in DOS cards, and you can run Windows 3.1 on them. Apple even sells the Windows operating system right now. You can buy Virtual PC with Windows from the Apple website.

I already saw this episode on Office. It's the Christmas party where everybody wants the iPod.
There's a glitch in MK:DS that erases your online losses. Or maybe that's more of a feature.

They also hold rights to BBC America.
Those silly little quips are what people call trolling. Stop trolling and you won't be modded down.
