you know that the big bucks are done by selling software to the masses..don't tell me that the big b usiness is in installing and configuring linux coze it's not. we gotta close all OSS projects down... for our own good. Every piece of software that is written in spare time and has a GNU licence means some jobs somewhere in the world will go down..just because the IT managers just look at the price. you can't compete with FREE..
why nothing exciting? maybe you are a very rigid person..1 guy showed that it can be done..let's hope he shows that one can make also money from this. We need pople to buy software and not get everything for free. The OSS developers that halp in projects like linux take jobs away and I believe they will figure it soon that it's wrong what they did. All kind of school boys now want to show their cowboy programming skills and write free software..this is very demagin for the industry. That is why I payed for the beta version of SkyOS5...you gotta help comercial projects that have normal prices not like windows...
i hate OSS that is wahy I say SkyOS it's the only serios atempt to create a desktop OS.. Linux is no way as easy to use as skyos is. With more developers and more things ported SkyOS could be the next hipe in comercial OSes. They sel a desktop OS for 25 euro..I gues that is not even close much.. opensource takes jobs away..I hate it..that is why i stop heliping opensource projects anymore. software developers gota eat too you know.
Sky os is a comercial OS. It's a pure desktop OS vwith a lot of feature i hope. 99% of development it's done by 1 programmer. I am a betta tester and i can tell you that it looks really good.
