My firefox prompted me a few hours ago about an "important upgrade", which I did. But it didn't say what this upgrade was about, and therefore I don't know if I'm running RC3 or not. It would be nice to know what has been downloaded.
If you really want to know what is about to be downloaded, I believe the proper time for such thoughts would be before agreeing to receive it. But that's just me.
Hell, if I want to print it out and use it as toilet paper, I will.
Great...just great! Emergency rooms across/.-land are now filling up with patients complaining of paper-cuts in the nether regions. "Gladys, grab me a new set of delicates and start up the wagon!!"
Anyone else notice Gmail acting up ever since upgrading? Everytime I send/reply, etc., it drops me back to a compose screen after hitting [Send] (although the message does go out). If I go to the Inbox from that screen, it asks if I want to discard.
If you read even a little about C.S. Lewis' life, you probably would have resisted posting your comment. Evangelizing, if 'Christian propaganda' as you call it was indeed a part of his methodology and Biblical allegories abound in several works of his. Have you not heard of "Mere Christianity" by him? Give it a read, and you'll see where he was coming from.
Enron, that just might be the funniest thing I've read recently on/. Obviously, you don't need my approval, but just thought I'd make my little comment from my quiet side of the peanut gallery.

And you can't earn respect by giving the bully your peanut butter and jelly sandwiches every day, either.

It's not Sergey and Brin...it's Sergey Brin and Larry Page.
Mr. T-Rex, I was always on your side, sir. No, really...I always stuck up for you, because we're f-r-i-e-n-d-s, right?
Could be that I'm a sicko, but this is one of the funniest posts I've read in some time.
Actually, I believe it's quite clear, '...and the evening and the morning were the [second, third, fourth, etc.] day...'
Just a hunch, but I think he was kidding about the code and using something Earthlings call humor.
If it connected to Exchange 5.5 servers, it would be even better.
Are there any Linux progs out there connecting to Exchange 5.5 servers?
