These lasers are labeled as class IIIa pointers (5mW) yet come up to 50-60 mW depending on how much the buyer wants to pay.
With lots of these things getting pumped on the market illegally, I would say this is much more of an issue than the large ones from the "accused site" that are certified!
People need to get their stories straight before pointing fingers!
