Yeah but the ones who are "barely scraping by" aren't the ones whose songs get pirated everyday. If they were they wouldn't be "scraping by" because they'd be busy touring making millions of dollars. The ones that DO get pirated are the popular songs made by millionaire musicians.
The second I get home from school I go on my computers and when the internet is down I immediately call the ISP and beg them to put me back online. I can't stand being restricted to real world.
