What a quack page... People like this are not at all helping out in making vehicles more efficient. Don't forget that the electrolysis of water takes electricity, which comes from the power grid, which comes from either: natural gas, coal, hydro-electric, nuclear, wind... etc.
I once had my service suspended by Cox Communications because I was seeding the movie Munich (which I ended up not even liking). They said that they received a complaint about the file being shared and that I would have to stop it from seeding before my service was restored. They also informed me that after 3 incidents, I would be blacklisted from their internet service.
That was some two years ago. I haven't changed my P2P habits much since, and Cox has never contacted me again for such practices.
I'm not a computer technician or anything, but i have not come across a virus i could not get rid of. However.. some spyware programs are rooted into IE somehow and i just don't bother.
I just so happen to be a student at the University of Louisiana. There is an $18 million Technology Immersion Center (http://www.lafayette.org/site127.php) being constructed by the university. This center will pull in high tech companies, but having high-speed net access would help out a lot too.
Last semester, before the proposal by LUS, I had cox cable with 1024 down and 128 up for $30. Now that the government is lighting a fire under their butts, I have 4mbit cable for $40.
Needless to say, i support what LUS is trying to do.

They need to set up "wasd" controls for movement.
I'd love to strafe jump around town!
People need to tune their mental PID controllers.

His name will forever be engraved in the J-K flip-flop. (That's right, J-K did not stand for John Kerry)
