3. Have Microsoft dropped it's entire design team, the tabs look simply awful. That little grey bit to the right of the tabs allows you to create a new tab by clicking on it. That's fairly cool, but holy shit it just looks wrong.
Just FYI, because I discovered this by accident in Firefox: if you double click an empty spot on the tabs bar, you'll open up a new blank tab.

My guess would be something to do with the taxes, after all its only a £9 difference on a £90-odd price tag. GST/VAT in Australia is 10%, but in the EU it is between 15 and 25% (source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VAT)
I'm about 40 kms from Melbourne CBD, and the only thing available is dial-up.:( That Whirlpool site does say to expect DSL to be enabled at the phone exchange in March, but I'm not holding my breath.
