This thread is one long facepalm full of fail. No lender is going to loan money to you to buy a house unless you have fire insurance which will of course include access to private fire fighters.
What. The. Fuck. As if the poor folk didn't have a shitty enough time of it already, now they won't even get fire service.
Oh wait. That's all libertarianism is. Making the rich richer, and the poor go fuck themselves.
Delusional much? Diplomatic immunity has fairly nebulous coverage, and it is an unlikely... nay, non-existent... possibility that such an arrest would occur.
In New Zealand, it happens all the time. They're called Multi Employer Collective Agreements. They're most common in government, but I imagine they occur in large groups of companies that don't directly compete too.
Micheal, has it occurred to you that people mod you down because you're a fucking asshole, who can't post a single thing without calling the other person an idiot?
Go fuck yourself.
(And more importantly, building something that cannot be compromised is impossible. There is always someway, it just may not have been thought of yet).
This is the dumbest possible idea I have ever heard of. You're advocating a system whereby everyone gets punished for the actions of the minority or even the individual. It was bullshit when primary schools put everyone in detention because of the person talking during the national anthem, and it's bullshit when you came up with it now.
So long as you agree that corporations shouldn't have to pay tax, since taxation without representation is bad.
Oh, you don't agree? Then corporations should be entitled to the same representation as individuals. Except giving them the vote, that would just be loco.
So you're saying that "conveyancing" stuff that FSF made up to try and bind Microsoft into the GPL because they gave out vouchers to get a copy of Linux is bullshit then? And that the FSF can not actually bind Microsoft in this fashion?
Er, Blizzard vs that other company, over Glider. The court found that Glider violated the EULA which is grounds for finding in Blizzard's favour, as well as a pile of other things. There's been lots of smaller ones too.
A 2nd piece of information that by agreement can never be stored, but can be used to permanently authorize a particular merchant. For example, the first time you purchased something from Amazon.com, you'd be required to enter your visa password through a visa-controlled interface. Afterwards, Amazon would be allowed to utilize your credit card. This would include recurring billing.
Even for website merchants, they often have an imprinter and pads as backup. Hell, I've got imprinter pads (thanks Amex) despite having no actual terminal at all.
Ah yes, Enderandrew. I said I had problems with Paypal refusing to offer dispute resolution on one of my sales (via a third party) and he insisted that Paypal is flawless, and it was my processor's fault. Also insisted that any problems can easily be sorted by calling Paypal's "giant customer service centre".

Which still makes it a copyright license.
Stop being pedantic. GPL is just as much a copyright license as Microsoft's EULA.

You're right. It isn't hard.
It's fucking impossible.
No, SRWare Iron is Chromium with a couple of preprocessor directives.
I'm actually surprised by that response.
I must say, good on you for being consistent. Many would have simply flamed that response since it doesn't meet with their world view.

From July 1 2011, it's TRUE TRUE TRUE.
Nope. Liability shift only occurs if 3DSecure authentication is attempted. Merely getting an auth is not sufficient.
What sort of dumbass dev would build an app that "accidentally" drained their own accounts?!?

Oh. So your father is one of those scumbags.
1&1? The company that sends you to collections if you let your domain expire? Fuck that.
You can OWN your own domain by being ICANN. Otherwise, you can't.
Got any evidence that Microsoft was paying for it? Solid evidence?
Actually no, you heard it from that one Bitcoin employee, ten times.
This is wrong. You must be in the US or UK to sell with Google Checkout. Purchasing using Google Checkout is available to many countries.

Suck it, Enderandrew.
