#2) The FCC is only authorized to intervene in the market by determining broadband is not "being deployed to all Americans in a reasonable and timely fashion". The FCC now has the excuse to do whatever they want.
#3) CAF II money is being release shortly - $10,800,000,000 to the incumbent telephone carriers to build 10/1Mb service, a minimal hurdle most will meet by changing the service plan from 10M/768k up to 10M/1M and pocketing 10.8M.
#4) Solve the 'crisis' by creating CAF III by collecting and distributing way more than the 10.8 billion pittance they just wasted.
