Sure it's a "different" type of game - aren't all FFs supposed to be different?
FFT is far better than any other FF. Just because it's different doesn't lower its value. Taking FFT out of the list of FFs seriously degrades the FF series.

Because of course there's no way in hell that the plaintiff would make anything up before the trial to make them look less stupid.
