So not only is it a DUP the right-up is by someone whose entire education about radiation appears to have come from watching 1950s science fiction movies.

If this is a tenable position, then what's to stop any govt. contractor from violating any existing patents they see fit?
Also, should these same contractors be allowed to apply and/or obtain patents for work being performed for the government? Seems like it should be one way or the other...
I'm certainly no Microsoft apologist, but let me get this straight.
- Microsoft releases a bug/infection/security hole through their normal channels of distribution (www.microsoft.com) and they're evil.
- A Mozilla release, obtained via the normal distribution channels (a Korean mirror in this case) is infected, and not only is it not Mozilla's fault for distributing their browser through insecure channels, but it's also probably part of Microsoft's conspiracy against Mozilla?
Okay, sounds reasonable.
Consider the source. Yahoo gets a bunch of bad press for snitching on poor Chinese users, infesting users computer with spyware and a bunch of other evil-Yahoo stuff. SO what do they do? "Don't worry about us, look at these stars being eaten by a black hole!! OMG, we're all going to die!!!"

jbrader pecked - "I have a pysics teacher (also in WA) that drives as fast as he wants. Then when he goes to court for the speeding tickets he dazzles the judge with science and calculus until the ticket gets dropped."
Perhaps you should have paid less attention to your 'pysics' teacher and more to your spelling teacher.:-)
If we can only make these toads taste/look more like human babies...
Or, perhaps, you used the improper gauge tinfoil in your hat? :-)
Is it true that 98.2% of all statistics quoted on Slashdot are made up on the spot?
Crap, I'm from 1966. That's it. Just pissed off I'm getting old. :-(
Are we talking about the Microsoft over in Redmond?

So, basically, you're saying that even Chinese fuel will leave you feeling hungry after an hour or two?
