I have one and I can safely say its the most amazing mobile gaming system on the planet. It out performs my P4 3.2 box in every way. It doesn't run insanely hot and if you hunt down a coupon (i got a 30% off coupon that saved me over $1000) you can get one completely decked out with a fantastic warranty for around $2400.
If your looking for a gaming laptop, investigate this one.
They key is promotion? So i can create the next great filesharing app so long as on my website I don't promote using it to infringe on copyright?
I still think that this ruling can be used against applications like Newsleecher. They do not promote copyright infringement but the vast majority of users are using it for that purpose. Its still a great application for retrieving freeware usenet binaries (trust me, they exist).

I agree, i purchased a sega cd after watching a friend play Lunar: Silver Star. The WD games made the SegaCD worth it (too me anyway).
