I remember this hack of sectors boot of the 5-1/4 floppy discs in Apple IIe, that permit the boot in less than 3 seconds. First used near 1985, it was widely used after with some softs that helps newbies to do fast boots with their own disks. Once again, Intel is twenty years late in regard of Apple...
I must admit that Microsoft invented the "fast blue screen" before Apple but haven't yet patented it;-p

For the while, the only think he is convicted of is that he used a warez version of the antivirus software. He used it because in US he couldn't find the last version.
The judgement is : if in the 5 next years he uses a warez software, he would pay 5000 euros.
The April 12th, there will be a civil responsability judgement to determine what he must pay to TEGAM (the maximum will be 900 000 euros!).
I don't charge friends, so i'm their tech support, and they call me, spam me everytime a popup appear in their screen.
For each friends it takes 10m, but strangely i have a LOT of friends, and then, when i spend about 3 or 4 hour a day answering emails and phone calls to teach how to convert a nasty.doc to a nasty.pdf (i'm a real geek, I answer everytime, so stupid attitude!), I make my nervous crise (every 6 months) and tell all of them to stop bugging me cause support takes me to much time.
After this, I have less friends, bizarre isn't it?
But after a while, the calls returns and I think really I shouldn't have told them about my skills on computers! If only they gave me a bottle or two for my help, but it seems they don't realize it's not a pleasant job to remove spywares!!!
Now I'm in the position I can't charge them, but it's hard to tell them I don't want to answer them anymore for nothing. What would you do?
For people I don't know I charge from 20 to 50 euros / hour (I let you translate), depends if they are rich or not.

Since 2 years now (Sarkozy was in the Government), since you are seven year old, the police can take your DNA if you are caught in a fight (even in the school yard) or any reprehensible act. Exemple of new criminal act : be more than 3 people in front of a building (that was to prevent suburbs criminality)!.
Sarkozy wanted a law to drug to calm restless children, since they are 3 years old. They should have released images in 1024x768, 1280x1024 etc... to make it better wallpaper!
