If we're using up resources to replace inefficient machines that use more resources (fossil fuels) with longer lasting, more efficient, better machines that use less resources per year (energy, materials, clean up) then it's ok to use them up "faster" this year.
Which, to be frank, we are doing. We literally are building solar, wind, hydro, biofuel systems worldwide at record rates. This means we use fewer resources, since most solar, wind, and hydro last far longer.
If we dispose of these materials instead of reusing and recycling them, then it is a bit of a problem, however.
I literally cut my electric bill in half by buying more efficient appliances (fridge, stove, fridge, washer, dryer) - all of these use far less energy and one uses far less water and detergents. I also bought six solar panels. So, when I bought them I "used more resources" that year. Very true.
But this year I use half the resources. Also very true.
Because police are not just RCMP, which is federal. New Westminster has it's own police force, for example. But most police in Canada are actually RCMP.
Look, WW II methods still work. Change clothing, reversible clothing, alter stride (the ministry of silly walks was actually based on real deep cover training), dazzle face paint, minor changes in cheeks, nose, chin, etc.
They just want you to think they can spot you.
And, yes, hoodies work. Best are backscatter hoodies with team logos that change.
Hats also work.
Facial recognition has a high failure rate in real world ops.
Anyone that tells you otherwise is trying to sell you a bill of goods.
Social engineering and target opportunity increase as the quantity of target acquisition increases. The high value of the vehicles makes take over devices become useful. Modern thieves, for example, use electronic remote key signal generators for the most popular high value vehicles in their region, and just "wander" into parking garages or external parking lots and take the cars there.
Sensors are pretty much the same vulnerability pathway. It doesn't require brains to take over vehicles, just persistance and enough targets to make it useful. Same goes for remote control utility - if the vehicle it traps is rare, it's not that useful, but if it's common and high value, it makes it useful.
The average price for a home in Vancouver BC is more than a million dollars. The average vehicle you can steal or mess with is in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
If we all built our own vehicles with our own sensor systems, this would not that interesting. But in target rich environments on the West Coast, it is.
I can't tell you how many British scientists are looking for positions in North America or the rest of the EU, but it's pretty large. Some are staying in Scotland, betting they will stay in the EU after Scexit (or Indyref2) happens, some are betting on Northern Ireland for the same reason, but it's a sad state of affairs.
Decisions have consequences, just like Maggie Thatcher's actions caused a brain drain from Britain for more than a decade.
I mean, phoning in to complain that Bernie actually was given access? What reporter would do that? They need to get in line after the Billionaires and Millionaires the DNC sold out to, after all!

Capiche?

Seriously, though. It's not like the movie was called Joker and Friends.
You can see those cuts in the Director's Gold Cut edition of Suicide Squad when it's released, only $250.

Under the State Constitution, it's illegal for the FBI to do this as well.
However, it is legal for them to do it over military reservations, federal parks, and public waterways.
Hammers and cold steel pry bars work well.
We used to open military cases with those. Faster than trying to get the rusted lock open.
Safety is a myth. Everything can be opened, if you're willing to do it.
Shocked that the "hackers" can only break 75 percent.
They must be n00bZ
All of our secret software ist now removed from the vehicles, und wir will nacht make more.
Ignore the one that says "detect plug und emit zilch", das ist only for playing ze games on de dashboard.
Got bug?
When they put down their cell, post stuff on social media using their apps, and have their own people "remove" them from existence.
Including when they sleep.
Total idiots.
I've only got seven of the 12 Legion handouts because of these jerks
I hope they run into traffic.

you still get random spawns when you pop a lure or incense, actually, and you can mature eggs based on distance from GPS
Looks like it's the Japanese Olympians!
(one of my research colleagues is a Japanese Brazilian, actually, it's kind of sad the current situation there)
Tesla is one of the more popular cars in places like Seattle, Vancouver, and SF, that's what.
Seriously, who autoenables autonomous driving but a fool.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll go back to using my 60 mpg stick vehicle that doesn't bleed security info as it was made in 1989.
China and other countries rip us off every day and nothing happens to them, so why should we care?
Behind countries doing gene splicing to create Frankenfoods?
Yeah, not a big deal. We just outsource the wet lab part of the study to Canada or the EU anyway. Then we do the grunt work here.
Want to know what's leaving us behind?
Money spent on higher education and grants.
That's where the missing part is.
Heck, even the name tells you that.
If you want sweetness and light, you're in the wrong playroom, sweetcheeks
Seeing it tonight!
Otherwise, it's a ripoff. And that's WITH privacy.
Of course.
Only the ultra rich and corporations get to walk out on their debts in Soviet Amerika

100Gbps service? Are you planning on running an ISP with a couple hundred thousand customers out of your house?
It's none of your business what I want to do.
But Seattle is the home of tech startups, after all.
The ones I'm referring to just signed up for them in Burnaby and Vancouver. Still cheaper than $220 from Comcast for lower speeds.
